Made with a blend of rice flour, jowar flour and fresh beetroot juice, each batch of dough is carefully weighed, kneaded and then extruded through bronze dies that give the pasta a rustic and porous texture that holds sauce beautifully.
All our pasta is air dried at low temperatures over a course of 40-60 hours, depending on shape, to preserve the nutrients integrity and achieve the perfect ‘bite’.
Please note: All our pastas are made in a facility that handles gluten.
How to Cook
1. Bring a pot of water to rolling boil. Add the pasta to the pot.
2. Cook the pasta for 4-5 minutes, stirring gently.
3. Remove with a slotted spoon. SeHow to Cook

Gifted a box to a colleague obsessed with clean eating instant brand request.
Thake hue weekday pe kuch healthy aur quick chahiye tha, isse simple garlic olive oil ke saath banaya, aur pandrah minute mein poora dinner ready ho gaya bina kisi extra effort ke.
Tossed this with a spoon of basil pesto, and the twists held onto it just as well as any regular pasta would.
Packed this cold with veggies for my son's lunchbox came back completely empty.
Had a friend over who watches her blood sugar closely and usually avoids pasta night altogether, so I made this instead of the usual semolina version, and she happily had a full plate.

Switched from the regular semolina casarecce out of curiosity, and the bite is surprisingly close, with a slightly nuttier finish from the millets.
Started the year trying to eat cleaner, and this made that resolution genuinely easy.
