Confit Garlic and Cream Sauce

New roommates and I decided to cook together for the first time, used this over rigatoni, and it turned into the easiest, most impressive meal any of us had made in that kitchen.

Gifted a jar to a friend obsessed with garlic she asked for three more.

Kept a jar around specifically for late nights after work, and it turns fifteen minutes of effort into something that tastes properly cooked.

Sautéed mushrooms and tossed them in with this rich, earthy, ridiculously easy dinner.

Wasn't sure my kids would touch anything with 'garlic' in the name, but the slow-cooked flavour is so mellow they didn't even notice, and both plates came back empty.
