Noticeably rougher texture than the regular boxed shells I usually buy, and it actually held the sauce instead of letting it slide off.
Just butter, garlic and parmesan on a tired weeknight exactly what I needed.

First attempt at stuffed shells ever, and the shape made stuffing so much easier than I expected it to be.
Filled every shell with meat sauce and cheese each bite was ridiculously satisfying.
Made a cold pasta salad for a work potluck with cherry tomatoes, feta and olive oil, and the little cups held onto the dressing far better than any regular shape would have.
My kids call these 'little bowls' and now refuse any other pasta shape, which honestly makes dinner planning a lot easier.
