Date night ke liye banaya isse simple butter sauce ke saath, mere partner ko tikha pasand hai aur usne bola ki yeh restaurant se bhi zyada spicy tha, dono ko bahut pasand aaya.
Post-gym I usually crave something spicy, and tossing this with just chilli oil and parmesan hit exactly the craving I had.
Rainy evening, a bowl of this with butter spicy enough to warm me up.
Zindagi mein pehli baar koi spicy pasta try kiya jo genuinely tikha nikla, warna market mein 'chilli' likha hota hai par taste mein kuch nahi hota, yeh alag hi level ka tha.
Served this to friends who always complain restaurant pasta isn't spicy enough, and for once nobody asked for extra chilli on the side.

Just garlic, olive oil and this the chilli in the noodle did everything else.
Cooked this with just prawns, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, letting the chilli already in the dough do all the work instead of adding extra spice myself.
Boiled straight from frozen on a weeknight I had zero energy for, and it was ready with just butter and garlic in under ten minutes.
Genuinely spicy without any extra chilli flakes needed finally a linguine that means it.
