Sauce clings inside and out

Tried a simple cacio e pepe with just this, parmesan and black pepper, and the sauce clung inside the tube as much as around it.

Turned dinner into a geography lesson

My daughter kept asking why the pasta had a hole running through it, so we googled bucatini together over dinner turned into the most fun food lesson we've had at the table in months.

Tasted like a Roman trattoria

First time making carbonara at home, and the hollow shape held the sauce so well it tasted like something from a Roman trattoria.
